mark_mcwilliamsMark D. McWilliams is a member of the Florida Bar and is a non-practicing certified public accountant in both Florida and Ohio. Mr. McWilliams earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova University’s Shepard Broad Law School with high honors (cum laude). Mr. McWilliams concentrates on resolving complex and controversial issues in various practice areas, including charitable giving and tax-exempt organizations corporate law, probate & estate planning, administration and litigation, trusts administration and litigation, taxation, real estate, condominiums, closely held businesses, and guardianships.

Mr. McWilliams was a senior staff writer for the International Law Journal published by Nova University’s Shepard Broad law school. Upon graduating law school McWilliams served as a staff attorney for the Judges on the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Palm Beach County. He is also a member of the United States Tax Court, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and a member of the Real Property & Trust section of the Florida Bar.

Mr. McWilliams volunteers helping military families through the TAPS (Tragedy Assistant Program for Survivors) and served as a Board Member for the Institute for Sexual Survivors and was the Treasurer of Juvenile Diabetes Association of Palm Beach County and has served on various other associations. He was also a lecturer for Lorman Education Services.
